Tears From A Troubled Heart

Sometimes when I look and witness
I feel feeble and pretty helpless,
When I see the vast injustice
Like watching a baby
In his mothers arms
Both starving, helpless.
The world visits and takes the pictures,
The world watches and airs views.
They make the money out of the great news.
They have no idea.
Behind every heart is a dream,
Out of the agony,
You hear the shouting silence of the hearts.
Souls in anguish,
Hearts in distress...

(TV teaches, and yes, sometimes TV inspires. When Oprah Winfrey visited a
concentration camp in post war Germany, I accidentally turned on the TV and
watched the most touching documentary ever of how more than 1.5 million Jews
were killed by the Nazi in the 1940s-Of how vast helpless innocent blood was
poured. And many dreams lost; Many noble dreams of both young and energetic.
And so I put pen to paper and wrote this short poem just to express of the
many similar situations that happen in the world...in our world.)
